All Takada products are fully warranted against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 12 months from the date of registered purchase (except for motor, heating element & PC board which warranty for 6 months), subjecting to the following Terms and Conditions.

 
Terms & Conditions:
 
  1. The warranty does not cover damage to any unit caused by accidental act of goods, misuses or in anyway being tampered with.

  2. Takada products are strictly for domestic use only. Products damaged during industrial or commercial use will not be covered under warranty.

  3. The warranty will be performed free of charge except for insurance, handling, transportation and incidental charges.

  4. The warranty does not cover breakage/cracks for glass components or any problem related to the non-stick Teflon coatings.

  5. The warranty will be null and void if

 

  • Damage is caused by installation on wrong local mains voltage.

  • Usage is other than in accordance to the instructions for operation.

  • The serial number is removed, defaced or altered.

  • Any alterations or modifications done to the unit.

  • Any unauthorized repair being carried out.

 

If your product is under warranty and it is malfunctioning or does not work, please bring it to us for repair at the following location:

Repair usually takes 7 working days but could be longer in the event of festive season or there is a lack of spare parts for the defective product. You may also call or email us if you want to purchase any product (new set) or certain spare parts e.g. lid, inner pot, bowl etc. (subject to availability), or ask any questions related to our products or your order.
