If your product is under warranty and it is
malfunctioning or does not work, please bring it to us for repair at the

Repair usually takes 7 working days but could be
longer in the event of festive season or there is a lack of spare parts
for the defective product. You may also call or email us if you want to
purchase any product (new set) or certain spare parts e.g. lid, inner pot,
bowl etc. (subject to availability), or ask any questions related to our products or
your order.
